High Hopes Healing Energy Centre

High Hopes Healing Energy Centre gives you the space for your body-spirit-mind to integrate. Enjoy an Energy (Chi) Massage, Reflexology, Attunement, Aromatherapy or a deeply relaxing Reiki session offered by experienced and qualified practitioners. Reiki, massage, reflexology and energy balancing work all direct and improve the flow and quality of energy throughout our system. These are safe, ancient and wonderful ways to heal and rejuvenate.

Applied Kinesiology sessions balance us through first diagnosing health syndromes present and then finding the path of remedy unique to that being. For people with the identical ailment, for example a bacterial infection, the remedy pathway will differ. One person might respond to a homoeopathic and flower essence remedy together with working on a mental pattern, another an allopathic medicine treatment path, a third bed-rest and career change together with having a gynaecological check-up. Each consultation yields specific answers to that individual. Feedback from clients is extremely positive. A feedback book is being developed at present at High Hopes, to give others the opportunity to learn about this wonderful modality through reading about others’ experiences.

The Life Renovation Programme

For those who wish to focus on a challenge, or who have experienced a health or life difficulty and wish to understand it more deeply, the Life Renovation Programme is a three to four day residency programme at High Hopes on which life purpose questions are tackled, or a particular challenge is addressed.

The programme integrates kinesiology insights with body work of your preference (massage / reflexology / acupressure / combination sessions), together with meditation, writing and coaching sessions. The aim of this programme is for you to find your own answers, facilitated by answers accessed through kinesiology, and through the critical ingredient of developing awareness whilst relaxing body and mind. A follow-up four to six months later is by preference and by assessing together whether this would be of benefit. Some find that this is when the real results are experienced, as one has those four to six months to put into practice the decisions taken and what one has learnt in phase one. The second focus period refines one’s decisions, practices, commitment and increases the rewards.

Daily Programme on the Life Renovation Programme:

Breakfast, a daily meditation, an energy balancing or body work session, tea and a healthy snack followed by two hours a day in session, light lunch, some written or reflective ‘homework’, a choice of a further massage or reflexology or spiritual balancing session, with lots of free or rest time between.

The three day midweek programme costs R3900 including accommodation, breakfast, morning tea and lunch.

The four day midweek programme costs R4500 all inclusive.

The Rest / Retreat / Sabbatical Programme:

This is a less directive option offering an optional daily morning meditation and a twice weekly session. Additional sessions are charged for at reduced rates. The accommodation rate is a greatly reduced weekly rate of R2800 per week per person (the lowest room rate being R640 per night this would usually be R4480 per week.)

Those little extras…

For those wanting to walk in the beautiful Riviersonderend Mountains whilst here, we direct you on gentle or more challenging walks in and around the village. There is the possibility to include the famous Greyton-McGregor Boesmanskloof Trail, with an overnight stay in McGregor by extending the programme by a day. There are also tennis courts a block down from High Hopes, bicycles available to hire and guided horse trail rides on a nearby farm.

The Healing Energy Centre stocks various natural remedies and health products for specific ailments for your convenience, Greyton being far from health shops stocking full ranges of natural remedies. Have your personal bath or massage oil blended for you.

Sessions are by appointment only, and are charged at R450 per hour. A 50% deposit on all bookings is required. Life Renovation and Retreat bookings individually or in groups.
