High Hopes B&B offers stylish, comfortable accommodation and country-house
luxury. All rooms have excellent quality beds and are well-appointed.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in all rooms. All rooms
open either into the garden or onto verandahs with café style chairs and
tables. No alcohol is served . Fans and fireplaces are fitted and supplied
in all rooms. No pets are allowed. Breakfasts are large and delicious.
Daily menu changes keep guests delighted.
You can choose from five generously-furnished options:
A generously appointed, very comfortable self-catering room. Double bed
(queen size), lounge area with wood-burning fireplace and comfortable
sleeper-couch, well-equipped kitchen, private verandah and en-suite bathroom
(bath only, with handshower). Special requests to stock fridge and cupboards
before arrival can be made.

or twin) with a private lounge (with comfortable sleeper couch). It is
heated by a wood-burning fireplace and has a private bathroom with both
bath and shower, with a separate toilet. A lovely suite, very comfortably

The largest and most spacious room, Violet occupies the original 100 year old dwelling on the property, under high pitched riet (reed) ceiling. It offers a king extra length bed, a large lounge area with satellite large flat screen T.V., a little private study with a stunning view down into the garden, and a large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

transferable if requested 15 days or more prior to arrival. No deposit
